Cancellation Policy

The Tyson Group Sales Training Programs are provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This cancellation policy is effective starting Aug 15, 2024. Rescheduling and Cancellations Notice of 16 business days prior to the program's start date is required for cancellation without penalty. You may reschedule to another program date at any time without penalty. • Cancellations received 6-15 business days in advance will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations received less than 6 business days in advance will not receive a refund. • No Show Policy: If there is a no show, registration fees will be forfeited. • Please email us on larry.prevost@tysongroup.com if you need to cancel/reschedule your program. • Please note that the refunds will take upto 14 days to show in your account. Cancellation of the Program: If for some reason we postpone or cancel the program we will give you the option of transferring the registration or get a full refund. Use of Materials All materials and content used in the program (e.g., workbooks, slide presentations, handouts, etc.) are the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of The Tyson Group or are used with permission. You are expected to use the IP and materials in the day-to-day course of your business. This IP and materials may only be changed, edited, adapted, or delivered by The Tyson Group and its agents unless a licensing agreement is in place. Use that requires a separate agreement includes but is not limited to, (a) teaching, training, or delivering the IP, as well as (b) integrating the IP into software applications such as LMS systems. No copies may be made of the IP without the express, written permission of The Tyson Group. Audio and/or video recording may not be done without prior written permission due to copyright agreements with our various publishers. Neither party shall be liable for any inability to perform, or delay in the performance of, its obligations hereunder resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, compliance with any government regulations or orders, acts of God, fire, strikes, flood, embargoes, war, or act of terrorism. In the event that such a cause interferes with the conduct of a program on the date scheduled, the parties will reschedule such program to a mutually acceptable date.
